Tutorial system

Well i completed the tutorial system, at least the core of it. I am going to have to make the comments system and fix up the users login area. I found a big bug in the news and tutorial system with the ability to post malicious code. I fixed it and it all works. It had to do with the ' or Apostrophe. It is all fixed and everything is working well now.

If you are more interested please comment when I get the comments system up. It should be done in a few days.
